Prints from the Robert O. Muller Collection, May 2, 2004

Dear friends of Japanese art prints

When we announced auction # 81 in February, we thought that this was our last exclusive "Muller Collection" auction. With some stubborness we could win yet another consignment - this time of 68 prints. Bidding is now open on www.artelino.com/auction/catalog.asp.

The new collection has a lot of designs that we have never seen before. There are many kacho-e, many landscapes and as a curosity some reproductions of famous Edo prints. All prints have the typical "Muller feeling", are in excellent condition (a typical quality of prints from the Muller estate) and many bear the "Made in Japan" stamp on verso.

Please do not ask if there will be another Muller collection auction after this one. We do not know. But we know that we will try.
