Dear friends of Japanese prints

Auction # 243 is open on www.artelino.com/auction/catalog.asp and will end coming Thursday, December 15, at 8:00 PM local time (CET) = 2:00 PM in New York.

This auction offers 108 lots of affordable and beautiful Japanese prints all handmade in the 20th century - originals, later printings from the original blocks or copies (recuts) of famous designs that are no longer available or too expensive or aesthetically unattractive due to aging.

We are currently having erratic, but major problems reaching clients who use Yahoo e-mail accounts. These problems are beyond our control. If you do not only use artelino for your information research, but want to bid in our auctions and buy from us, we strongly advise not to use such anonymous mass e-mail accounts like Yahoo or Hotmail for your account.

We receive rather often friendly but worried e-mails or even complaints of the type "My auction win does not show up in your archive. What's wrong with your software? Please fix this at your earliest convenience." In order for you to understand how it works, we owe you indeed an explanation of our archiving process and its natural restrictions and delays.
