You buy by contacting us direct by e-mail or phone. Please make sure that you are registered. You can pay by credit card. Buyers from the European Union, Switzerland and Norway may pay purchases from BUY DIRECT also by wire transfer (bank remittance, Banüberweisung, virement bancaire, assegno bancario).

We take consignments of Japanese art prints and e-hon from all periods and modern Chinese prints by collectors, art dealers and artists. If you are an artist from outside Japan or China and create interesting art objects please contact us. We are interested in trying new products.

artelino GmbH was established in 2001. We are a family owned company located in a small, beautiful village 25 kilometers South of Munich in Bavaria in Germany. Our time zone is CET (Central European Time). You can contact us easily by e-mail, phone, fax or letter. But please keep in mind that our time zone is 6 hours ahead of New York and 9 hours ahead of San Francisco.

We maintain an archive of more than 25,000 sold art objects - mostly Japanese prints of all periods and modern Chinese prints. To our knowledge this is unique on the internet. Access to the archive is for free. But some information like prices may be restricted to clients and fully registered users.

My name is Dieter Wanczura and I am the owner of artelino GmbH. Together with my wife Yorie and currently more than a dozen part-time helpers we run this little company since 2001. If you have any questions about our art products, how to bid in our auctions or how to buy direct, please contact me.
Please respect that we are a commercial company and that we are more than busy running our auctions, serving our clients and maintaining this huge web site. I have no time to answer any of these ca. 10 requests per day to identify and evaluate that "watercolor" that you bought at a garage sale or from another dealer or recently inherited (.. but we do answer such requests for our clients).
