We have received a new consignment from the Robert O Muller estate. In our view it is one of our largest and best selections of shin hanga woodblock prints from the famous Robert O. In order to be eligible to accept your VISA and Mastercard credit cards by online submission, we have to be audited every three months for compliance with the PCI security standard. The latest security scan took place on Feb 3, 2009 by SRC Security Research Company. The security report states: "SRC Security Research & Consulting GmbH has determined that artelino GmbH is COMPLIANT with the PCI scan requirements."

It has become rare, but it still happens. Clients send us their credit card information by e-mail! Even if you separate this information into several e-mails, this is complete madness! You could as well play Russian roulette. The PCI security standard STRICTLY disallows us to accept your credit card information by e-mail. Please use our secure line.

Auction Announements on Video      Two Auction Announcements on Video.

We have released our first auction announcements on video - for the auction of traditional Tibetan rugs and the solo auction of woodblock prints by Tom Kristensen feturing two new designs both showing President-elect Barack Obama. Both auctions start on Sunday January 18 at 8:00 PM local time (CET) which is 2:00 PM in New York. We are aware that our first films are not perfect. But as Pablo Picasso once said: "You have to start from somewhere."
