We had to make several major changes to our auction calendar on short term. Sorry for the inconvenience. All our Japanese and Chinese prints come from real consignments which often makes some shuffling necessary.

We have added Paypal™ to our accepted payment methods. Overall you can choose between Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal™ and bank transfer (for residents of European countries only). If you want to change your payment method to Paypal™, please sign in. Please note: your artelino e-mail (home address) must be the same as your Paypal™ email.

Compliant with PCI Security Standard      Latest scan passed on May 6, 2009.

In order to be eligible to accept your VISA, Mastercard and Amex credit cards by online submission, we have to be audited every three months for compliance with the PCI security standard. The latest security scan took place on May 6, 2009 by SRC Security Research Company. The security report states: "SRC Security Research & Consulting GmbH has determined that artelino GmbH is COMPLIANT with the PCI scan requirements."

Shortly after opening auction # 759 - Chinese Art Prints - we received news about the final jury selection for the prestigious International Guanlan Print Exhibition in China, opening May 14, 2009. Chinese Prints - Warning for our Clients!      The Jungle is everywhere.

On the internet you can find certain web sites that offer the same Chinese art prints and artists that we offer and first discovered. That is not illegal of course. However these guys actually do not have the prints and in most cases are not even in contact with our artists. The print images that they show are copied from the artelino web site and retouched! To avoid tracing by the edition number the images are shown with margins cut off or the edition number and signature are removed by image manipulation if they are within the image - for instance Dai Jia's "Four Seasons" print series.

The prints that we offer are physically here in Icking/Bavaria and you get precisely the print that you see on our images - including Dai Jia's "Four Seasons", signed and numbered and bought directly from the artist. Take a look at our current auction # 757.

We changed artelino's auction schedule. We are now running one or more auctions over one week from Sunday through Sunday 8:00 PM our local time (CET) = 2:00 PM in New York.
