Andon Catalog Special - Japanese Tattoo Prints Japanese Tattoo Prints
The Dutch-based Society for Japanese Arts has published a catalog special accompanying an exhibition of Japanese prints with tattoo subjects. The Andon Special, featuries all the prints on show and four scholarly articles written by experts on the subject. It is sent for free to all members of the Society for Japanese Prints.

Scholten Japanese Art presents "Hokusai Woodblock Prints". This exhibition takes place from October 15 until November 15.

Tom Kristensen, printmaker from Sydney, Australia, was asked by the Art Gallery of New South Wales, a large public museum institution, to give lectures on woodblock printmaking to coincide with a Utamaro exhibition.
