Yoshiyuki NANSUI - 1835 - 1879 Osaka Printmaker
Yoshiyuki Nansui was born in Osaka and his style is typical for the Osaka printmaking school. The artist designed mainly kabuki prints, but also landscapes and so-called yokohama-e - images of Westerners from the enclave of Yokohama. Yoshiyuki was a pupil of Yoshiume.
