Hiroshi SATO  -  born 1923      

Hiroshi Sato was born in Yokka-ichi in Mie prefecture. He graduated from the drafting department of Nagoya City Industrial Specialist School. His works were exhibited in Nihon Hanga Kyokai and Kokugakai in 1950s. The prints include large semi-abstract images executed in sharp and graded lines and placed against a background of roughtly parallel lines.
