Yasu MORI  -  born 1922      Female Artist from Kyoto

Yasu Mori, a female artist, was born in Kyoto in 1922. She graduated in 1941 from the First Women's High School. She contributed to the print Biennales in Tokyo of 1957, 1960 and 1962. In the 1960s she stayed in the U.S.A. for two years. After her return to Japan she took a teaching position at Osaka University of Arts. Her medium is the woodblock print.
