Tokio MIYASHITA  -  born 1930      Pupil of Unichi Hiratsuka and Sekino Junichiro

Tokio Miyashita had graduated in literature. But he had always an avid interest in fine arts and especially in printmaking. He had studied woodblock printmaking with Unichi Hiratsuka and Sekino Junichiro. But Tokio Miyashita worked also in metal plates or used mixed techniques. The artist was represented in many of the International Print Biennales since 1960.
