Akira KUROSAKI  -  born 1937      Leading Japanese Artist.

Akira Kurosaki graduated from Kyoto College of Crafts and Textiles. He has exhibited widely in and outside Japan, among others at the renowned print biennales in Maastricht, Tokyo, Krakow, Lubljana, Paris and Norway. The artist covers a wide spectrum of styles and techniques including abstract images. Works by the artist are in international museums like The British Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, Museum of Modern Art (moma) in New York and the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo.
