Kunimasa UTAGAWA - 1773-1810 Pupil of Toyokuni I.

Kunimasa Utagawa

Kunimasa Utagawa was a pupil of Toyokuni Utagawa. He was active as a printmaker until ca. 1805, thus stopped printmaking roughly at the time when Utamaro made his last works. The speciality of Kunimasa Utagawa were kabuki actor portraits.
