Hiroshi SHIMURA is a print-making artist living in Cambridge. Born in Tokyo in 1949, educated at Tokyo University of Education and gain M.A.in art. SHIMURA came to England in 1975, and joined printing courses at Cambridgeshire College of Arts and Technology. Since 1978, SHIMURA has been a freelance artist,and shown his screen prints through a number of one-man exhibitions in U.K.and Japan, as well as group exhibitions including The Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition in London, and CWAJ Print Show in Tokyo.
