He ZHONGCANG  -  born 1967      

He Zhongcang was born in Zhangyi County, Yunnan province. He is a self-trained painter. Now he is the secretary-general of Qujing Yuan Painting Institute. His works have participated in several national and provincial exhibitions and were collected by local government offices and private collectors.
