Ao Tegenbayaer, Mongolian nationality, was born in 1951. He graduated in the Department of Fine Arts at the Inner Mongolia University. Currently he is working in the Culture Bureau of Jarud Banner. His prints were in the "Tong Liao" and the "Inner Mongolian Fine Arts" exhibition several times.
