Mitsuoki TOSA  -  1617-1691      

Tosa was born in Sakai as the son of Tosa Mitsunori (1583–1638), also a painter and died in Kyoto. His original name was Tosa Fujimitsu, also called Tsuneaki. Tosa lived in the early Edo period (1603–1867). He revived the Tosa school of painting.
