Wang ZUOCAI  -  born 1959      Dirctor of Inner Mongolian Artists Association.

Wang Zuocai is part of the ethnic group of the Han - Chinas's largest ethnic group - but was born is and living in Mongolia. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Inner Mongolian University. He is a member of Chinese Artists Association, the director of Inner Mongolian Artists Association, the vice-chairman of Tonglian City Artists Association and a teacher of fine arts of Inner Mongolian Naiman Secondary School.
