Shigeko INOUE  -  born 1945      Woodblock Prints

Shigeko Inoue creates woodblock prints depicting water landscapes. She had studied printmaking in Italy at the Urbino Art Institute. The artist exhibits her woodblock prints frequently at the prestigious, annual CWAJ print show at the American Club in Tokyo. In Japan she has had numerous group and solo shows - among others a solo show at Yoseido Gallery. Her art works are in Kouno Art Museum in Ehime/Japan and in the Art Museum of Hangzhou in China.
