Seika TATSUMOTO  -  born 1935      

Seika Tatsumoto is a typical Kyoto artist. He was born in the old imperial city and attended the Kyoto Art School where he graduated in Japanese painting. The artist received several international awards at French and Spanish art exhibitions and at the 9th Franco-Japanese Modern Art Exhibition.
