Settan HASEGAWA  -  1778-1843      

Settan Hasegawa was an ukiyo-e printmaker and illustrator of e-hon - Japanese books. Settan was a pupil of Toyokuni Utagawa. Well known are his illustrations for Edo meisho zue (Famous Places in Edo) and Toto Saijiki (Annual Festivals of Edo).
