Saiten TAMURA  -  1889-1933      

Saiten Tamura was a Japanese style painter and a pupil of Terazaki Kogyo. He was a frequent exhibitor and prize winner with Teiten, an official art exhibition organization sponsored and controlled by the Japanese Ministry of Education.
