Tomisaburo HASEGAWA  -  born 1910      Student of Shiko Munakata

Tomisaburo Hasegawa was a student of Munakata Shiko and Kanjiro Kawai. The print subjects show some influence of Munakata Shiko - especially the choice of Buddhist subjects. Tomisaburo Hasegawa works in the technique of moku hanga - traditional Japanese woodblock printmaking.
