Toshiaki FUKUDA  -  1911-2000      

Toshiaki Fukuda was born in Shirakawa, Fukushima prefecture. After he studied printing under Unichi Hiratsuka, he participated in many exhibitions in Japan and overseas. He established a hanga artist group, "Shudan Han" with Tadashige Ono in 1959. In 1986, he received award from the Ministry of Education for his contribution to the cultural education in Fukushima.
