Koji FUKIYA  -  1898-1979      

Koji Fukiya was born in Niigata prefecture. The artist had learned Japanese style painting. From 1926 until 1930 he studied art in France. The style of Koji Fukiya was influenced by Yumeji Takehisa. Typical for the woodblock prints of the artist are images of young dreamy girls in soft, pastel colors.
