| Description |
This is a part of 3 sets (6 prints each) Noh theater prints published by Kyoto Hanga-in in 1955.
"Ohara Goku". Kenreimonin (the mother of ill fated Emperor Antoku) and her attendant just came back from the hunting mountain herbs near her residence, Jakkoin in Ohara. She welcomed Emperor Goshirakawa, talked about the last battle of the Dan-no-ura, the last moment of Emperor Antoku. They both wept over the sad story. |
