Description	From the series, "Tale of Genji". "Asagao" (Morning Glory). The 6 works in the volume 10 include the titles from "The Four Seasons of the Dynasty" by the poetess Saeko Ozaki. The volume was completed by the portrait of Murasaki Shikibu, the author of The Tale of Genji, and a chick of pheasant. "The Tale of Genji", which was written by Lady Murasaki-shikibu in the Heian Period. The novel chronicled the life of prince Genji and the people around him in the court. Countless stories, films, poems and paintings have been made after this classic masterpiece of Japanese literature.
