| Description |
Bando Mitsugoro V (posthumous name of Bando Shuka I) is in the role of Shindo Saemon's daughter, Yushide.
From an untitled series, sometimes referred to "Kinshodo-ban okubi yakusha-e", of the highest quality featuring large-head actor prints (yakusha okubi-e). The series was intended for 150 designs and to serve as the capstone to the aging Utagawa kunisada's career. They were released from 1860 to 1865. The publisher Ebisuya published 60 prints by Kunisada. Yoshitora made 12 designs, who joined the project in 1862 for undocumented reasons. |
