Design number 7 of the series One Hundred Aspects of the Moon by Tsukioka (Taiso) Yoshitoshi. It is titled Inaba Mountain Moon, or Inabayama no tsuki in Japanese.

The scene shows Toyotomi Hideyoshi as a young lieutenant in the service of Oda Nobunaga, 1534-1582 while being on a daring mission to conquer a castle of the enemy. The castle was on Inaba Mountain and seemed impregnable. Toyotomi Hideyoshi climbed with half a dozen of his best men up on a cliff and into the castle. The surprise attack was successful, and the castle was taken by Nobunaga's troops.
Toyotomi Hideyoshi was a short man on thin legs and with thin hair according to history sources. Oda Nobunaga called him 'saru' ("monkey") because of his ugly appearance. It is astonishing how well Yoshitoshi's drawing reflects the general view of the "monkey servant".

The design was first published in December 1985. It is the number 7 of the series. Publisher was Akiyama Buemon.
