On May 16, 2009 started a solo exhibition with art prints by Luo Guirong, born 1962, at Panorama Art Gallery in Hangzhou, China. The solo show is titled "Walking Lonely on the Fields". The exhibition presents 71 of Luo Guirong's art prints.

About Luo Guirong
Luo Guirong is one of the top-ranking artist in China. His art prints are among the most expensive ones in today's Chinese art market, comparable to art works by Zhang Minjie or Li Yanpeng. Art prints by Luo Guirong have been exhibited in the United States, Great Britain, France, Japan, Korea, Germany, Lithuania, Malaysia and Singapore. In February and March of 2006 his woodblock prints were shown at Concord Gallery in New York.

Art Prints by Luo Guirong Offered and Sold by artelino in the Past
The prints below were offered and sold by artelino in the years 2077 and 2008. By the way, out of the prints sold by us and presented below, only the design "Summer" and "My Land and Me - No. 4" from the "My Land and Me" series are still available and were shown at the exhibition. Gallery price for each of these two designs is 28,000 CMB, about $4,100. In other words: prices quadrupled since then compared to artelino's selling prices. All other prints that we sold and show on this page are no longer available.
Life Gone with the Wind I
This reduction woodblock print was created in 2005 and won the outstanding prize and was collected by the committee of the 17th National Print Exhibition and of Guizhou Art and Literature Association.
The print is depicted in two different color versions on page 039 of the catalog of the 17th National Print Exhibition of China and in 4 color versions in the booklet "Artist Luo Guirong". Mr. Luo Guirong noted the rewards and collections for this print in Chinese on the lower margins of the prints. The print is very large with 25.2 by 44.3 inches (64 by 112.5 cm) including margins.
This print was sold for $ 1,500 plus commission in October of 2007. It is marked A.P.
Life Gone with the Wind II
This color version of "Life Gone with the Wind" had an edition of 7 and was numbered 1/. It dates from 2005 and is made in reduction woodblock technique. The print won the outstanding prize and was collected by the committee of the 17th National Print Exhibition and of Guizhou Art and Literature Association. The item size was 25.6 by 44.5 inches (65 by 113 cm).
Hammered price was $ 850 plus commission in October 2006
My Land and Me
Reduction woodblock print titled "My Land and Me" in an edition size of 20 from June 2004.
This print was collected by the committee of the 10th National Art Exhibition and by Concord Art Foundation, U.S.A. It is published in the booklet "Artist Luo Guirong". Mr. Luo Guirong noted the rewards and collections for this print in Chinese on the lower margins of the prints.
Also this print is very large. It was sold in October 2006 for $850 plus commission.
My Land and Me
This design of "My Land and Me" has an edition size of 15 and dates from 2006. It is a reduction woodblock prints, is very large and was sold in February of 2007 for $900 plus commission.
My Land and Me - Summer
This is the third of the series "My Land and Me" and it represents summer. It was created in 2007 in an edition of 16 as a reduction woodblock print. It was sold for $1,500 plus commission in October 2007.
My Land and Me No.4
This design was created in 2007. It stands for autumn and received the outstanding prize at the 18th National Printmaking Exhibition in Shanghai, China. Edition size is 20. It was sold for $900 plus commission in October 2007.
