"Gekko Zuihitsu" (Gekko's Sketch) Renowned calligrapher and politician, Sugawara no Michizane. He was tricked by dubious colleages and sent to exile. He was so angry that his soul became a thunder god. Here, he is summoning the lightning at Mt. Tempai. |
