Description	Beauty looks at the sunrise in the New Year's day. Very few facts were known about Choki. But his wholesome bijin-ga has been as famous as Utamaro's.
Signature	Choki.
Dated	Originally in Edo era. This re-carved edition was made in unknown date.
Publisher	This re-carved edition by Adachi.
Medium/Technique	Woodblock print.
Impression	Excellent - very good ... (re-carved).
Colors	Excellent ... silver mica on the sky.
Condition	Excellent - very good ... slight creases on the upper right.
Format	Oban tate-e
Width Item	10.6 inches = 27.0 cm
Height Item	15.9 inches = 40.5 cm
Note	This print was hand-made by skillful artisans after a great original of a famous woodblock print. Sheets printed during the artist's lifetime are either very expensive or no longer available.
