Description	"Tosei Furyu Tsu" (Today's Elegant Manners and Customs). Doll's festival in March. Children are having a cup of "shiro-zake" (white colored sweet thick rice wine) as the traditional celebration. The hina dolls (typically Emperor, Empress, court attendants, lanterns, food trays, etc.) are arranged on the shelves draped by orange-colored cloth.

Seal	Artist's seal (seiko).
Dated	1904.
Publisher	Matsuki Heikichi.
Impression	Excellent ... embossed .
Colors	Excellent ... silver colored metallic pigment.
Condition	Very good ... slightly soiled, Meiji album backing, trimmed, (left sheet) thin areas along the upper left edge, upper left corner missing, the seam separated half-way, (right s.) thin along the left edge, right edge reinforced.
