Description Smoke and ashes still spewing from Mt. Yake. A lake was made when Mt.Yake was erupted in 1915. Its volcanic debris stopped Katsura River to form the lake.
Seal Artist's seal (M) on the bottom left.
Dated Ca. 1948.
Medium/Technique Woodblock print.
Impression Very good ... embossed.
Colors Black and white.
Condition Very good ... paper toning, slightly creased, two vertical paper cracks from the lower margin, paper residues on the back of upper margin edges, the left upper margin corner thin.
