Title	Mountain Lake at Kamikochi
Artist	Masao Maeda 1904-1974
Description	"Kamikochi Taisho Ike"(Taisho Lake in Kamikochi Heights). The lake was made when Mt.Yake was erupted in 1915 (Taisho era). Its volcanic debris stopped Katsura River to form the lake. Hodaka Mountain Range is seen on the background.
Seal	Artist's seal (Ma).
Dated	1945-60.
Medium/Technique	Woodblock print.
Impression	Very good.
Colors	Excellent.
Condition	Good ... ink stains, slightly soiled and creased on the margins, dust line on the right side of the upper margin.
