Description	"Kiyomizu Koyo". The fiery red and golden yellow surround Kiyomizu temple in Kyoto on a sunny autumn day. It has been kept in the famous publisher in Kyoto, The Uchida, archives. An exceptional and rare item for the serious Japanese woodblock print collector.
Signature	Koto.
Dated	Ca. 1930 - 50s.
Publisher	Uchida.
Medium/Technique	Woodblock print.
Impression	Excellent - very good.
Colors	Excellent.
Condition	Very good ... Slight foxing. A vertical center fold. Slight discolorations on the lower edge. Three dark spots on the top middle area.
Note	Uchida Han is an important Japanese publishing company with branches in both Tokyo and Kyoto. Founded in 1919, the company is still in existence today as an active publisher of shin-hanga in addition to publishing re-strikes of Edo period ukiyo-e prints.
