Description Cranes were released with writings attached to their feet as a part of auspicious ceremony on a sea shore.
Signature Utamaro hitsu.
Dated Originally in Edo period. This is a re-carved edition made in ca.1900.
Medium/Technique Woodblock print.
Impression Excellent ... (re-carved).
Colors Very good.
Condition Very good ... paper toning, slightly soiled and wrinkled mostly around the edges and on the margins.
