Description The uncut postcards showing three sets of various abalone divers in one sheet. These were the rarest of any woodblock printed postcard sets of the period. A highly collectible item.

Dated Ca. 1930 - 40s.
Publisher Uchida.
Medium/Technique Woodblock print.
Impression Excellent - very good.
Colors Excellent.
Condition Excellent - very good.
Note Uchida Han is an important Japanese publishing company with branches in both Tokyo and Kyoto. Founded in 1919, the company is still in existence today as an active publisher of shin-hanga in addition to publishing re-strikes of Edo period ukiyo-e prints.
