Description	Plum blossoms for the New Year's Day Greetings. Hiratsuka stated for this design "... You probably laugh because I have made prints with plum motif so frequently. I wanted to print this design in 'mica', but I could print it only in white color. The background was printed in the mixture of cobalt blue, black and a little amount of white water soluble colors...".

Dated	1931.
Medium/Technique	Woodblock print.
Impression	Good.
Colors	Good ... Light discoloration.
Condition	Very good ... Paper toned. A light diagonal crease on the bottom right. The top edge thin.
