| Description | Battle between Japanese and Russian forces to take the control over a stone bridge. The Russo-Japanese war woodblock prints were not produced as many as the Sino-Japanese war prints. By then, the woodblock prints for the purpose of news reporting were largely replaced by other mass-production methods. Biho (Yoshikuni) was well known for his "Bird and Flower" prints along with Koson and Seitei. His Senso-e (War prints) were rare and seldom found. |
