Description	Meiji empress and her court are enjoying the peonies in the flower show held on Kinryuzan at Asakusa.
Signature	Chikashige.
Seal	Toshidama.
Dated	1879.
Medium/Technique	Woodblock print.
Impression	Good.
Colors	Very good ... silver colored metallic pigment oxidized.
Condition	Good ...sheets pasted together with a fold next to the seams, lightly soiled, trimmed into image, backed by thin papers. Middle Sheet: smudges on the faces, upper area soiled, light red transfer stain on the middle right.
