| Description |
Courtier and famous flute player, Hirai Yasumasa (Middle: played by Ichikawa Danjuro) are on the way home playing his favorite tune. Robber Hakamadare Yasusuke (Right: Nakamura Shikan) wanted to rob Yasumasa but he was enchanted by the beautiful flute music and ended up following him to his palace. On the right sheet, Kidomaru (Onoe Takanojo), hiding under an ox hide with a shakuhachi flute is depicted. |
