| Description |
Blind man lost his balance and a sandal. A dog is barking at him. Oban size surimono. The large letter on the right indicates, "Kame" (turtle). There was an old proverb about "a very rare occasion" relating to a blind sea turtle which swam to the ocean surface only once in one hundred years. One day, when it came to the surface for a breath, a wood with a hole was drifting toward its way and the turtle stuck its head through the hole of the drift wood. |
