Title	Five Samurai - Kabuki
Artist	Yoshitaki Utagawa 1841-1899
Description	Kabuki actors (from the left) are in the roles of Jinsuke (played by Ohtani Tomoemon), Funakoshi Kuhachiro (Jitsukawa Enjaku), Isogai Heisuke (Arashi Risaburo), Shimakawa Tahei(Nakamura ?) and Isogai Tosuke (Arashi Rikan).
Signature	Yoshitaki.
Dated	Ca. 1860s.
Medium/Technique	Woodblock print.
Impression	Excellent - very good ... cheese cloth patterns embossed on the white lobe,.
Colors	Good ... shomen-zuri patterns, burnishing, silver colored metallic pigment partially oxidized.
Condition	Very good ... paper toning, lightly soiled, album backing. Middle Sheet: separated from the rest, metallic transfer stains on the middle left on the white robe.
