Description	"Chiyoda no Onomote Mokuroku" The scenes of customs and manners in the Chiyoda Palace where the Tokugawa Shogunate resided. Rather chaotic scene of the day the Shogun is handing out free umbrellas to the people. The upside down monster carp (the traditional roof ornament) looks on.
Signature	Yoshu Chikanobu.
Seal	Artist's seal.

Impression	Excellent - very good ... embossed.
Colors	Excellent - very good ... shomen-zuri, mica sprinkled.
