Description	From the series, "Setsu Getsu Ka" (Snow Flower Moon), one of Chikanobu's best series. "Edo: Kuruwa no Tsuki" (Moon at Kuruwa). Famous courtesan Takao. This design was "Ban-gai", not numbered. The design was added to the series later.
Signature	Yoshu Chikanobu hitsu.
Seal	Toshidama.
Dated	Ca. 1886.
Publisher	Kobayashi Tetsujiro.
Medium/Technique	Woodblock print.
Impression	Good.
Colors	Very good.
Condition	Very good ... light toning, light wrinkles, lower area lightly soiled, red ink smudges on the lower left, blue ink smudges on the lower right, not backed.
